    Program Overview

    This program prepares students to successfully integrate into both the training environment and the business world. It guides aspiring entrepreneurs through the structured process of developing, planning, and launching a small business. Students learn to evaluate the feasibility of their business proposal and their readiness for entrepreneurship. The program covers business startup procedures, market analysis, marketing and sales strategies, operational planning, and resource management.

    Participants also develop the ability to prepare a structured business plan outline and organize the necessary information to secure business financing.
